What does Premium include?

Premium includes expanded document and image uploads, audio upload support, AI transcription for audio, and additional AI-powered summaries.

Why do I need to verify my email?

Email verification helps protect your account and makes sure important account and billing messages go to the correct person.

Can I cancel my subscription?

Yes. If billing portal access is available in the app, use it to manage or cancel your subscription. Otherwise, contact support.

What file types can I upload?

Basic users can upload supported screenshots, images, and documents. Premium users can also upload supported audio files.

What should I do if an upload or summary fails?

Try again with a smaller or clearer file. If it still fails, contact support with details about the file type and what happened.
